To all staff and students

To all staff and students,

With the recent passing of David Parcell, as friends and colleagues, we feel that there is a need to collectively commemorate his life and work at the school. This would be in the form of an album. A collection of images and writing that would be presented to David's mother.

Not only is this a chance for us to get together as a school and gather our thoughts of David, we also hope to share these thoughts with his family. Offering his family an understanding of his life with us at the school, an understanding of our affection for our dear friend and colleague, and an understanding of the indelible mark that his powerful work has had upon the students. Thus, we are inviting anyone in the School of Architecture whanau who feels that they can offer those things for David's family to contribute to this project.

Please send us any photos you might have of David and his work.
You may also contribute by sending us a piece of writing/poem/drawing.
In addition, you may wish to include a picture of yourself, this may be an individual photo but also a group photo.

Please send all submissions and enquiries to:

The deadline for submission is Friday 23rd February. However we would appreciate if you could send these through as soon as possible to allow us time to begin piecing this together. We hope to present this to David's mother in March.
